How to get your Revolut bank statement

Need a Revolut bank statement for a landlord, your tax return or a visa application? You generate it yourself in the Revolut app, as a PDF or Excel file, for each currency account. Here's how, based on Revolut's help centre (October 2026).

Download a Revolut statement in the app

1. Go to Home in the bottom menu.
2. Below your balance, tap Accounts and select the currency.
3. Tap More (...) and select Statement.
4. Choose the timeframe and the document type: PDF or Excel.
5. Tap Generate.
6. To download it, tap the Export icon in the top-right corner.

Statements are per currency. Need EUR and GBP? Generate one statement for each.

What's on a Revolut statement

According to Revolut, a currency account statement includes:

• account holder details (name and address)
• your BIC and IBAN details
• a balance summary
• pending, completed and reverted transactions
• Personal and Group Pocket transactions

Revolut doesn't issue paper copies or stamp documents. All statements are generated electronically.

Revolut Business

In Revolut Business, transaction statements can be downloaded as PDF or CSV: go to Home, open the ... menu, choose Statements → Transaction statement, set your filters and date range, choose the file type and click Generate.

Already have Excel? Then you may not need us

If you can still generate the statement, Revolut's own Excel option is the quickest route to a spreadsheet. Statement Converter is for when you only have the PDF: one you saved earlier, received from someone else, or need to reconcile against its printed balance.
